Delivery

Important upon delivery

Inspect the shipment in the courier’s presence

All goods shipped by courier include transport insurance and an “Inspection” option.

Before accepting the shipment, check its condition and contents in the courier’s presence.

1
Inspect the shipment
Check the packaging, product and included components before accepting the shipment.
2
Do not accept a damaged shipment
In the event of damage, breakage or missing items, refuse the shipment and ask the courier to issue a damage report.
3
Keep the damage report
The report confirms the transport damage and is required when reviewing your claim.
4
Contact us if there is a problem
If the courier refuses to provide the “Inspection” option, you may refuse the shipment or contact our team immediately.

Important: Claims concerning visible transport damage discovered after the shipment has been accepted without inspection and without a damage report cannot be processed as transport damage.

Delivery cost

For products without a “Free Delivery” label, the transport cost is calculated separately according to the type of goods, weight, dimensions and delivery address.
